Back end Developer

About the Role:
OBHost is looking for a talented Backend Developer with strong expertise in PHP, HTML, JavaScript (with speed optimization), and modern frameworks. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and delivering scalable solutions for international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and dashboards.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code using PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Optimize websites and applications for speed and performance.
• Work with databases (MySQL, etc.) and handle server-side logic.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, JavaScript (Node.js/Vanilla), CSS.
• Hands-on experience in speed optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar (plus point).
• Good understanding of REST APIs and database design.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
