Back End Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Developer with strong experience in FinTech and financial institutions backend systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services that support mission-critical financial applications. This role requires deep expertise in .NET technologies, distributed systems, and financial domain best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

· Build and optimize high-availability, low-latency financial systems

· Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations

· Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models

· Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms

· Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams

· Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing coding standards

· Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

· Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 3+ years of software development experience

· Strong expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core

· Proven experience in FinTech or financial institutions backend development

· Solid understanding of financial systems, transactions, and data consistency

· Experience building scalable, distributed, and microservices-based architectures

· Strong knowledge of SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle (or similar)

· Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework / Dapper

· Hands-on experience with API security, encryption, and secure data handling

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)

· Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

· Experience with event-driven architectures

· Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, or other financial compliance standards

· Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems

· Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
