We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and data-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high availability, security, and reliability across services.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Architecture:

• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices

• Build and maintain backend services using modern frameworks and technologies

• Design efficient database schemas and data flows for high-performance systems

• Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability

Performance & Reliability:

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system bottlenecks

• Implement best practices for system monitoring, logging, and uptime

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated solutions

• Participate in Agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban

• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills

• Strong experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar

• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB and similar)

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture

• Proficiency in Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
