Back End Developer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs

• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks

• Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and address technical debt

• Design and manage relational and non-relational databases and write efficient queries

• Integrate third-party services, messaging systems, and external APIs

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies

• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring

Data)

• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query

optimization

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes

• Proficiency with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git

• Experience writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito)

• Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication and authorization (OAuth2,

JWT)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
