About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Back-End Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack. Your primary focus will be on backend service development using Node.js and GraphQL, while also adapting to the latest tools and technologies. The ideal candidate is flexible, ready to step up as needed, and aligned with our mission of empowering businesses through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL.
• Integrate and optimize with frontend systems built on React.js and databases like MongoDB.
• Work with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and align technical implementation.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security in a compliance-friendly environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug live systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks, keeping pace with technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of backend development experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern tools, version control, and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to emerging technologies.
