Back End Support - Telecom Muscat OMAN

We are hiring a structured and detail-oriented Back Office Support Executive to support our Oman B2B operations. - This job is for candidates in Muscat. WFH is an option

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth administrative coordination, documentation accuracy, order processing, and CRM management for enterprise telecom accounts.

Outbound cold calling to corporate prospects is part of the role; however, it is supplementary and compensated through commission on successful lead conversion.

Core Responsibilities (Primary Focus – Back Office Operations)1. Sales & Order Administration

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate order submissions with Oman internal teams.
  • Track activation status, provisioning timelines, and service delivery.
  • Monitor pending cases and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation for corporate accounts (CR, VAT, signed forms, contracts).

2. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all accounts.
  • Update pipeline stages and order status.
  • Ensure complete documentation before submission.
  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports.

3. Coordination & Escalation Handling

  • Liaise with enterprise support teams.
  • Follow up on activation delays and technical escalations.
  • Support billing clarifications and service modification requests.
  • Maintain internal coordination between sales and operations.

4. Compliance & Process Control

  • Ensure adherence to telecom regulatory requirements in Oman.
  • Maintain structured filing (digital and physical).
  • Support audit requirements and documentation verification.

Secondary Responsibility (Commission-Based)B2B Cold Calling & Lead Introduction

  • Conduct outbound calls to corporate prospects.
  • Introduce Vodafone enterprise services.
  • Identify potential opportunities and forward qualified leads to sales team.
  • Maintain call records.

Note:
Leads generated and successfully converted into business will attract commission as per company incentive structure. Lead generation volume is not part of core performance KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
