Back of House - Al Ain

We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member

- To ensure smooth food preparation and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

- The role involves setting up workstations, ensuring all mise en place and stock levels are ready, and following proper food handling and cooking procedures.

- You will be responsible for keeping work areas clean, sanitizing utensils and surfaces, and adhering to food safety practices such as FIFO and holding times.

- The position also requires assisting teammates during peak hours, restocking raw products and condiments, and supporting overall kitchen operations.

- Additional tasks include washing and sanitizing equipment, managing waste, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
