What You Will Do (Kitchen Excellence):

• Prepare with Pride: Build and prepare high-quality food consistently, ensuring every meal meets Chick-fil-A’s rigorous standards.
• Master Order Accuracy: Leverage KPS screens, sticky special labels, and box tabs to ensure every order is perfect.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow strict food safety and cleanliness guidelines to protect our guests and team.
• Organize for Success: Keep the kitchen, chutes, and inventory organized and restocked to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with the Front of House team to streamline service and minimize wait times.

• Availability Requirements:
• Saturday Availability is REQUIRED for all roles.
• Full-Time: Requires Monday–Saturday availability (average 33+ hours/week).
• Part-Time: Requires availability of at least 4 days per week.
• Shift Options:
• While we are primarily seeking the shifts below, we offer flexibility and can provide shorter shifts to fit your schedule:
• Morning: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Mid-Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
