The Back Office Advisor supports internal operations within the
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
industry, focusing on administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation. This role helps ensure smooth backend processes for clients across the
North American and European markets

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage internal documentation and reports.

Accurately handle daily work load of assigned tasks within committed service levels (SL).

Suggest process improvement ideas.

Maintain accurate records and update databases.

Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

1-3 Years of experience in an administrative or back office role.

Excellent command of English written/spoken (B2, C1).

Willing to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (fixed shift).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
