Job Description:
We are seeking a Back Office Specialist who is fluent in English to join our team in Maadi. The role involves supporting VIP users through chat-based communication, ensuring prompt, professional, and high-quality service. This is a non-voice, back-office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle chat-based inquiries from VIP users.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support.
  • Resolve issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain user confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (B2+ level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in chat-based support.
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Available to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
