  • Support sales team with orders, quotations, invoices, and documentation
  • Maintain sales records, CRM data, and customer databases
  • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams
  • Track order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports and MIS summaries
  • Handle customer queries related to orders and documentation
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good Communication skill
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as back office coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, CRM software
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and accounting terms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
