Back office Medical Assistant - Dermatology office

Are you a seasoned medical assistant searching for a home where you can share your knowledge and experience with our staff and patients? We are a cosmetic and general dermatology practice located in Tustin. We are looking for someone that has a passion for Dermatology, has an outgoing personality, a professional demeanor, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a team to provide the best patient care possible. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Experience: 2 years of back office experience in a medical office with knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems. A Dermatology background is not necessary if you possess the right skill set and are eager to learn. Experience setting up and assisting in procedures is required. Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and products is a plus.

Duties include: Rooming patients, patient assessment, writing medical records, assisting in procedures, turning over rooms, instrument sterilization, answering phones, scheduling appointments.
