back office medical assistant/urodynamic, PFR tech

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports providers in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring efficient clinic flow. Experience with urodynamics testing and pelvic floor rehabilitation (PFR) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
• Perform clinical tasks including injections, EKGs, catheterization, and specimen collection
• Assist with urodynamic studies and pelvic floor rehabilitation (PFR),
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Clean and stock exam rooms and ensure proper infection control procedures
• Coordinate patient care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education
• Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and front office staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Minimum [1–2] years of back office clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
