Role Description
We are seeking skilled English-speaking professionals for a full-time Back Office (Voice & Non-Voice) role based on-site in Cairo. Responsibilities include managing essential back-office operations, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive customer service support, and assisting with administrative and operational processes. The role may also involve support for finance and sales-related tasks, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy in deliverables.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Back Office Operations, with the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling administrative tasks.

Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Experience in Customer Service, with a customer-first approach to addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Knowledge of Finance and Sales for providing support in operational and transactional functions.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Previous experience in a BPO or service-oriented industry is an advantage.
