Job Description – Back Office / Admin Executive
Position: Back Office / Admin Executive
Openings: 2 (1 Experienced + 1 Fresher)
Job location: Chennai
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update records, data sheets, and documentation
  • Work on MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Manage emails, prepare reports, and perform other admin duties
  • Support the team in routine office operations Required Skills:
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Experience Requirement:

  • Role 1: 6 months–2 years of experience in back office/admin (preferred)
  • Role 2: Fresher with good communication skills and good English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin operations: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Tally: 1 year (Required)
