Job Title: Back End Developer – Odoo Implementation

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join our IT team, specializing in Odoo implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of computer languages, and experience in developing and maintaining back-end systems to support business processes. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and coordinating with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and back-end systems according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Odoo solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Python and other relevant languages.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in collaboration with front-end developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of data and systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Back End Developer, preferably with Odoo ERP implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and other back-end technologies.
• Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.
• Experience in working with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Knowledge of API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in other ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is beneficial.
• Experience in deploying Odoo on cloud platforms.
