About the role
You will join our technical team to support and further develop backend systems with a focus on APIs integrations and dashboards. You will work closely with our existing in house IT colleague. This role is designed as reinforcement and backup not as a replacement and not as a high pressure firefighting position.

We already have working systems in place. Your role is to help improve structure stability and clarity as the business grows.

What you will work on
Backend and APIs
Develop and maintain APIs used across internal and external systems
Support integrations between shop systems ERP CRM payment and logistics tools
Ensure clean data structures and reliable data flows

Dashboards and data
Help build and improve dashboards for daily operational use
Work with the team to define meaningful KPIs
Focus on practical insights and decision support not over engineered reporting

Systems and integrations
Support existing integrations and improve them where needed
Help document systems so knowledge is shared and not locked in one place
Contribute to making systems easier to understand and maintain

Collaboration
Work closely with our current IT colleague as a technical partner
Discuss solutions together and share responsibility
No solo missions no hidden knowledge

Optional nice to have
Experience with automation tools or workflow systems
Basic experience with AI APIs or AI assisted workflows
This is a plus not a requirement

Interest in building stable long term solutions
