About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. You will work closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js / Python / Java / .NET.
• Work with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language:
• Node.js (Express/NestJS) / Python (Django/FastAPI) / Java (Spring Boot) / .NET
• .
• Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git / version control systems.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker & containerization.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to Have (Plus Points)
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with caching (Redis).
• Exposure to DevOps / infrastructure concepts.
• Experience in high-traffic SaaS or fintech systems.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
