Backend Developer (Linux, WordPress & DevOps Skills)

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.

About This Role

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications, managing databases, and ensuring smooth performance of websites and web applications, particularly on WordPress platforms. You will also work closely with DevOps processes to deploy and maintain applications efficiently.

Working Conditions:

• Job Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am(5days a week)
• Job Type:Full Time -Onsite

Qualifications / Skillset / Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-4 years of backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration and command-line operations.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress backend development.
• Familiarity with server-side programming using Node.js or Python is a plus.
• Basic DevOps skills, including:
• Deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines)
• Version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab)
• Docker & containerization
• Server monitoring & performance optimization
• Backup, recovery, and security best practices
• Understanding of website performance optimization and security standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining server-side functionality for websites and web applications.
• Managing and optimizing WordPress backends, plugins, and themes.
• Performing Linux server administration tasks related to hosting, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and automated deployments.
• Ensuring websites and applications are secure, fast, and reliable.
• Troubleshooting and debugging backend issues.
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate APIs and backend logic.
• Staying updated with the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and DevOps best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
