Backend Developer (Node Developer)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable backend services, API integrations, and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize applications while ensuring high performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with MySQL to design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with MySQL (database design, optimization, queries, stored procedures).
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
