About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Node.js-based frameworks, backend architecture, database management, workflow orchestration, and API integrations.

The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities along with the capability to work remotely in a professional and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services and server-side applications
• Design and implement secure and efficient REST APIs
• Build reusable, clean, and maintainable backend components
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Develop and manage middleware functionality
• Integrate and manage workflow orchestration using Temporal
• Collaborate with frontend developers, project managers, and technical teams
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
• Troubleshoot backend issues and optimize application performance
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical improvements
