Role: Jr. Executive/Executive – Inside Sales
The executive inside sales will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a dual-threat, capable of driving new business while providing essential support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through a mix of cold calls, emails, and social media outreach,
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to a successful close.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM system
  • Assist in creating and delivering sales proposals, contracts, and quotes.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the field sales team, helping them focus on closing deals.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a combined inside sales and sales support role, preferably in the publishing domain, or SaaS, technology, B2B sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
