Backend Engineer

We’re a forward-thinking tech company working with international clients to build scalable digital solutions. As we expand our backend team, we’re looking for a skilled Backend Engineer who is not only experienced with Python & Node.js but also interested in working with modern AI technologies and integrating them into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and APIs
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability across services
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues with efficiency
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Stay updated on backend and AI technology trends to bring innovation to the team

Requirements:

• Strong programming expertise in Node.js and Python
• Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with integrating third-party AI tools, APIs, or building custom AI features
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning, caching strategies, and database design
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of frontend technology like React/Next.js is a plus point.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
