Backend Implementation Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Company: Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal technical teams to implement and configure backend systems based on client requirements.
• Assist in gathering and validating technical information required for backend setup and troubleshooting.
• Support the review and customization of backend processes to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Verify and validate the work completed by technical teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with the USA client relationship team to provide updates and address backend-related concerns.
• Document backend implementation steps and assist in creating knowledge base materials for reference.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
• Fresh to 1 year of experience in a technical support, IT, or backend-oriented role.
• Satisfactory communication skills to liaise with technical teams and clients.
• Basic understanding of software backend processes and troubleshooting (desirable but not mandatory).

Timings:

• Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
