Backend Node js engineer

Zeta corp is looking of Backend developer for one of our Client which belong to fintech and trading industry

Architect and maintain scalable backend systems for a mobile-first commodity trading marketplace.

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement scoping, resource allocation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.

Build and manage APIs, ensuring reliability and performance under scale.

Oversee server deployment, cloud configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.

Identify and resolve bugs and bottlenecks quickly, with a proactive QA/testing approach.

Collaborate with frontend/mobile developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Set 30-60-90 day technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and resources.

Foster a culture of technical creativity and experimentation to solve unique industry-specific challenges.

Manage workflows, code reviews, and documentation processes.

Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and coordinate cross-functional responsibilities across product and business development departments.

Job-Specific Competencies (Technical Skills):

Backend Architecture & API Development – Strong command over backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar) and API design (REST/GraphQL).

DevOps & CI/CD – Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Cloud & Server Management – Hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, managing servers, load balancing, database provisioning, and scaling.

Bug Resolution & App Launching – Demonstrated experience debugging live systems, managing staging/production releases, and launching apps at scale.

Agile Execution & Sprint Planning – Ability to build and execute 30-60-90 day development plans with clear metrics and feedback loops.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4 years of professional experience.

Experience building B2B or B2C marketplaces, especially in low-connectivity or mobile-first environments.

Exposure to fintech, agri-tech, or supply chain/logistics platforms is a plus.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
