Jr. SQA Engineer

We are looking for a Junior SQA Engineer to join our team and test our in-house ERP system from a real end-user perspective. This role is not coding-heavy but requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Test various ERP modules including Inventory, Finance, HR, Accounts, etc.
• Learn the legacy system and perform cross-testing with the new ERP system.
• Validate workflows, calculations, and overall data accuracy.
• Identify and report issues such as:
• UI bugs, alignment issues, and spelling mistakes
• Missing text/labels
• Buttons not working or forms not submitting
• Incorrect input validations
• Faulty filters or search results
• Calculation errors
• Incorrect user roles and permissions
• Document and report bugs in Jira, with clear steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or a related field
• 1–2 years of QA/testing experience
• Experience testing ERP systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset
• Familiarity with web application testing and QA best practices

Working Conditions:
