Quality Assurance Officer

Vendify is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to oversee the call quality and compliance of our international POS sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the POS industry and a proven track record of improving sales conversion through rigorous call monitoring and feedback.

Role Overview

• Location: On-site – Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
• Shift: Night Shift (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM).
• Tenure: Full-time / Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Monitoring: Audit live and recorded outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to POS campaign scripts and USA/Canada compliance standards.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate "POS Closers" and "Lead Gen" agents based on communication, tone, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Feedback & Coaching: Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions and group workshops to address performance gaps and improve campaign KPIs.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly QA reports for the Recruitment and Operations Managers to track the quality of the "New Room" and existing teams.
• Compliance: Ensure all agents follow SOPs regarding merchant data security and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in a QA role for POS campaigns (Point of Sale/Merchant Services).
• Education: Minimum Bachelors or equivalent.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the North American POS market, merchant processing, and common sales objections.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a sharp ear for nuances in international sales calls.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends in agent performance and suggest data-driven training solutions.
