Jr. Software Engineer - I

Job Description

RIKSOF is an award-winning agency building AI-enabled solutions for mobile, web and IoT projects.

We are currently on the lookout for highly motivated Jr. Software Engineers - I with 3 years of post-graduate experience.

In this role, you will build highly visible and exciting applications while working independently with guidance from your seniors. You should have excellent personal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Hired candidates will have the opportunity to work on high visibility and technically complex projects.

• Write unit, functional, API and UI test cases.
• Prepare test data.
• Prepare data models for moderately complex problems.
• Write Typescript / JavaScript code for models for moderately complex problems.
• Write Typescript / JavaScript code for client and server side for moderately complex problems.
• Take responsibility for tasks assigned and provide regular updates to the team as per required protocols.
• Manage task reports.
• Manage personal work logs.

Technical Skills

• Strong ability in Object-Oriented Programming and Design
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms
• Good understanding of Typescript or JavaScript
• General understanding of Angular and React
• General understanding of NoSQL databases
• Experience with version control (BitBucket, Git, etc.)
• Knowledge of application testing and deployment methodologies
