Backend Python Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Backend Python Developer who actually enjoys building things that ship. This is an on-site, part-time role with flexible timing, designed for someone who wants real responsibility, real learning, and real salary growth—not just another line on their CV.

Working Hours: Flexible (any 4 hours between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and developing backend services in Python
• Building and maintaining REST APIs
• Working with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Integrating third-party APIs
• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborating closely with product and frontend teams

Tech Stack (Expected Familiarity)

• Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask – any solid framework)
• REST APIs & JSON
• Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Git & basic deployment workflows
• Clean, readable, maintainable code

(Bonus but not mandatory: Docker, async Python, cloud basics)
