Requirements:

• Location: Andheri (e) MIDC, Mumbai

Key Performance Indicators:

• Client Communication:* Engage with B2C clients via calls, emails, and messages, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Sales & Marketing Calls:* Initiate and manage sales calls to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals. Participate in BTL activities.
• Problem Solving:* Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration:* Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with inventory availability.
