Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backhoe Loader Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or contracting projects. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling backhoe loader operations to support daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe loader equipment for digging, trenching, loading, and leveling work.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure machinery is in proper working condition.
• Follow the instructions of site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Observe strict safety and operational guidelines on all project sites.
• Keep accurate logs of work completed and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with general site duties when machinery operation is not required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating backhoe loaders.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and construction site practices.
• Ability to operate machinery with accuracy and care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and demanding conditions.
