Backhoe Operator - Underground Utilities

Job Summary
The Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation and maintenance of various equipment. This position involves working with heavy machinery and performing tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of utility services. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of vehicles and equipment(Backhoe required), demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Duties

• Utilize backhoes for digging trenches, holes, and foundations in various projects.
• Engage in paving activities to ensure proper surface preparation and finishing.
• Execute loader operations to move materials efficiently around the job site.
• Build infrastructure components as required by project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Works Monday - Friday on the road. Offer per diem with specific projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
