BackOffice Recruiter

Location: B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan

Preferred Candidates: Residents of B-17, Wah Cantt, or Taxila

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Backoffice Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Job Overview

The Backoffice Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The role requires a proactive professional who can handle bulk and niche hiring, maintain accurate recruitment data, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.

* Develop and publish job descriptions in collaboration with Client & department heads.

* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

* Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

* Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced reporting).

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.

* Collaborate with HR and management on workforce planning and onboarding processes.

* Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backoffice Recruiter in corporate or agency settings.

* Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for recruitment data management and reporting.

* Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools.

* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

* Experience in the oil and gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
