Backup & DR Specialist – L2/L3

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing backups, performing restore validation, and coordinating Disaster Recovery drills per BCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement backup solutions (VMware, SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Test restore processes regularly.
• Coordinate and execute DR drills.
• Ensure compliance with BCP/DR policies.
• Provide documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in backup and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with Veeam, NetBackup, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
