What you’ll do:

• Handle lost and delayed baggage cases end-to-end

• Coordinate baggage recovery and return

• Process claims and maintain accurate records

• Keep customers informed on case progress

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3–5 years of aviation experience, with exposure to baggage services

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Good attention to detail and communication skills
