· Actively involved in foh staff trainings and supervise store employees including kitchen operations.

· Schedule shifts and manage staff hours.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

· Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

· Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data.

· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

· Quality control for all items before before sending out

· Oversee stock levels and make decisions on stock orders.

· Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

· Manage a good relationship with suppliers and vendors.

· Monitor the store’s financial performance, including budgets and expenses.

· Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

· Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

· Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

· Oversee merchandising and product display.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Maintain store security and loss prevention.

· Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing initiatives.
