We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations through effective maintenance planning and problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

• 2-3 years of Maintenance Engineering experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector,

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills,

• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with other departments,

• Strong communication skills with blue-collar employees,

• Living in or willing to live in Ankara

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Troubleshooting mechanical failures,

• Troubleshooting services / utilities-related problems (air compressors, chillers, boilers),

• Implementation of maintenance systems such as Preventive / Scheduled / Breakdown Maintenance,

• Identifying root causes of problems and working on their elimination,

• Documentation control (daily logbooks, history logbooks, checklists, scheduled maintenance records),

• Shutdown planning,

• Coordination with the process department for improvements and routine problem-solving,

• Training and development of subordinates,

• Inventory control – spare parts listing, minimum stock level definition, vendor development, and follow-up for procurement.
