About us
For the three Chicago Chocolate Cafes, we make French pastry and ice cream and need a sous Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate has attention to detail and produces appealing and appetizing French-influenced products (pastry, macarons, biscotti & cookies, cakes, and ice cream).
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of progressive pastry experience and a solid culinary background. The candidate is expected to demonstrate his/her pastry-making skills in the interview process.
