1. JOB PURPOSE
- To follow the company’s SOP’s to deliver timely production and availability of quality Bakery products by maintaining highest levels on hygiene and customer service to achieve sales and stock targets.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- Should be a high school graduate (10th Pass)
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage
- Bakery & Pastry craft course is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards & quality standards of the products for sale
- HACCP certification is an added advantage

- Senior Bakers, Bakery Helpers, Counter Service Clerk, Store Management, EDP Clerk, Bakery Management & Customers
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- Performing any combination of following duties in Bakery production & display
- Maintenance of Bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
- Timely production & display execution of quality products as per the production cycle and plan
- Ability to operate the Bakery equipments
- Adhering to the supply stores production requirement
- Customer interaction and satisfaction
- Ensuring continuous availability of range & escalating any production related issues to the Senior Baker
- Managing wastage within the budget and delivering sales growth & targets
- Inventory control & effective stock management
- Effectively understand, describe and execute recipes
- Adhering to the FIFO method & freshness of display
5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
- Flexibility to work at any location across UAE
- Should be able and ready to work under pressure, for extended hours based on the business requirement with utmost integrity and reliability
- Should have multi-cultural awareness, in order to effectively communicate with internal & external customers and vendors with courtesy

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
