Test baker will ensure that bulk batches are released as per standard baking instructions and note down data on bakery parameters.</div>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Application testing of cake mixes, bread mixes, doughnut mixes and all BID products as per standard bakery instructions.
</li><li>Responsible for timely releasing of bulk batches post bake test.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining and updating bakery data on bakery sheet and data entry.</li>
<li>Liaise with Quality and R&amp;D team on baking discrepancies and highlighting any outliers.</li>
<li>Collecting pictures of bake tests.</li>
<li>Complaint investigation through bake analysis.</li>
<li>Contributing to troubleshooting activity involving out of specification batches.</li>
