Bakery _Restaurant Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant & Bakery Manager to lead the operations of our new premium Korean bakery café. The successful candidate will oversee both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery café, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).
  • Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bakery Café Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery café operations (production, display, service).
  • Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.
  • Financial acumen (P&L, cost control, inventory management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Korean is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.
