About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop new and innovative bakery items.
- Control food cost and minimize waste.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
