We're seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to support our pastry operations in saudi arabia. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising daily production, maintaining quality standards, and leading the pastry team to ensure consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily pastry and bakery production
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Support production planning and inventory control
  • Train and guide pastry staff
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in pastry/bakery operations
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in F&B retail or central kitchen is a plus
