We’re Hiring: Baker

Join our team and showcase your passion for baking! We’re looking for a skilled Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, and desserts with creativity and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and bake fresh bread and other bakery items daily.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation according to company standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper portion control.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in creating new bakery products and seasonal offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production schedules and customer demand.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of baking experience
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques & food safety
• Ability to work early mornings & in a fast-paced kitchen
• Passion, teamwork & attention to detail
