Job Purpose
To develop, improve, and maintain high-quality bakery products that meet the chain’s standards for taste, safety, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new bakery recipes and products in line with market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP / ISO 22000).
- Supervise production trials and ensure consistent product quality across all branches.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality tests for ingredients and finished products.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, yield, and sustainability.
- Liaise with procurement to evaluate and approve raw material suppliers.
- Document formulations, processes, and specifications for each product.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Bakery Science, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in industrial or retail bakery product development.
- Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, processing methods, and quality assurance.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
