Bakery Manager / Supervisor

A well established Bakery in Ajman looking for Head Decorator / Supervisor for the Bakery that fits the following criteria:

• Should have at least 2-4 years experience of successfully running a high end Bakery or Restaurant.
• Must have in depth knowledge of Bakery operations, day-to-day menu update.
• Must have excellent Cake Decoration skills, as he/she will be in charge of finalizing designs and train junior Decorators.
• Must be able to make all type of On-demand cake designs.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of ingredients and should be able to provide insight to improve taste, quality and standard.
• Should be able to demonstrate leadership and keep the staff motivated.
• Should have good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulation.
• Should be well spoken and presentable.
• Having a driving license would be added advantage.
• Having a Graduate degree will be preferred.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners and from Ajman.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
