We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our high-performing Heroes Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day rider operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency. This position demands strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage day-to-day labour camp operations and act as the first point of contact for camp residents regarding attendance, accommodation issues, and general queries.
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance records of employees residing in the camp and ensure timely reporting to relevant departments.
- Prepare, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and occupancy reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with site, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth movement of employees and shift alignment.
- Ensure proper allocation of rooms and beds and maintain updated camp occupancy records.
- Monitor discipline, hygiene, and compliance with company policies and camp regulations.
- Identify, report, and escalate any attendance discrepancies, misconduct, or operational issues promptly.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and records in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, payroll, admin, transport, etc.) to support employee requirements and operational dependencies.
- Proactively support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance camp management, employee welfare, and operational efficiency
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for attendance tracking and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to speak multiple languages; basic knowledge of local languages and dialects is an advantage.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to change.
- High sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.
- High integrity, loyalty, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in labour camp supervision, workforce management, or similar operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
