Now Hiring: Fleet Coordinator – Careem Project

Xoom Delivery Services LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage operations for our Careem Project.

Position Overview:
The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing rider performance, daily operational activities, and coordination between field teams and management to ensure service excellence for the Careem account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor rider and driver operations
• Ensure compliance with Careem and company SOPs
• Coordinate daily movement, attendance, and performance
• Act as a link between riders, HR, and Operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in fleet handling or last-mile delivery operations
• Prior experience with Careem or similar platforms is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
