ARABIC FEMALE LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

· Logistics & Scheduling: Arranging transportation, coordinating carrier pickups/drop-offs, and scheduling shipments.

· Documentation & Compliance: Preparing, checking, and managing essential documents like Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and customs declarations.

· Tracking & Communication: Monitoring shipment status and providing updates to customers, sales, and internal teams.

· Problem Solving: Resolving, tracking, and mitigating issues like delays, damages, or route changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.

· Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate with carriers.

· Import/Export Coordination: Managing cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations, and coordinating with freight forwarders.

· Documentation Specialization: Handling detailed documentation for bulk commodities or courier services.

· Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with port authorities, transport companies, and internal warehouses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
