We are seeking a motivated Bakery B2B Sales Specialist to grow sales of our bakery products within the hospitality and food service sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients in the HORECA sector.
- Promote and sell bakery products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements-
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in bakery, FMCG, or food service.
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and cafés is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
